PERSONALIZED merchandise cannot be returned or exchanged. Please inspect goods IMMEDIATELY. Any defects or damages MUST be reported within 5 business days of delivery date No Exceptions.

These labels are imitations of the original bottle. They are not the original label nor the original colours* There can be a slight difference. If you feel you are someone who is very picky about colours and it should match the original bottle please ask us for a cancelation within 6 hours of the purchase.
- Exceptional cases if we did a mistake with the labels. For example, spelling error, forgot a text or did not print the correct size. Please message us at custombottlelabel@gmail.com right away to fix your order.
Conditions of returnBuyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in valueSPELLING ERRORPlease message us at custombottlelabel@gmail.com asap with a photo of the product sent and let us know the mistake. We will do everything we can to provide a new one on time for you and other options as help are available. - Digital downloads cannot be refunded/exchanged.
- LATE PARCEL: Please note if we get messages stating you want a refund because the parcel was ‘late’ or not here yet then we cannot simply process a refund within a minute. There is a *30-day inquiry* with United Postal Services & Canada Post that we must go through with our courier service chosen. You will need to be patient as we are in an equal loss of the product as well.
I didn't get the bottle with the order?
Yes, we only sell LABELS! CUSTOMS at each border strictly prohibits shipping bottles as they are hazardous and can cause inflammation. And we cannot ship bottles/alcohol across the US/CANADA BORDER
To report any defective or damaged items, you can contact us at custombottlelabel@gmail.com. If your case is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
