Time needed to make order: 

We need 2 business days to complete any label order only after it is shipped do the shipping days count. 

How long does it take to ship to USA?

It takes up to 5 to 8 business days. Due to the pandemic please be patient as there are delays of a few extra days. When we ship from Canada every letter mail goes through USA customs before CANADA POST hands it over to USPS to distribute to USA customers.

How long does it take to ship to Canada?

It takes up to 3 to 7 business days to go from one province to another.

Alberta, British Columbia and Saskatchewan can take up to 1 - 1.5 weeks with regular mail. 

Express can take between 2 - 3 days. 

How long does it take to ship to International?

It takes up to 2 - 3 weeks to reach any international address right now. 

No tracking is provided for international mail. 

Why is there no tracking to my order?

Meaning you have purchased the cheapest option of shipping. This is simply a stamp in the corner which does not provide a tracking. Your address was never inserted into their system.

What are the types of shipping upgrades?

There are three types of shipping to choose from:  1. Regular Standard Mail: The lowest shipping fare which does not provide tracking. You agree to a no tracking shipping service.  2. USA tracked: Only USA clients can purchase this where they receive a tracking number for the additional charge.  3. USA Express: We ship via USPS First Class Mail for an approximate deliver of 3 to 4 business days.  * Once shipped we have no control over how fast they will get it to you.
