Our products
The Label Atelier sells personalized, made-to-order bottle labels and related personalized products.
Labels only: bottles, alcohol, and any items shown in product photos for styling are not included unless expressly stated in the product description.
Personalization and order details
You are responsible for reviewing all personalization information before placing your order, including names, dates, spelling, bottle size, and other custom details.
We print your order based on the information you submit. We are not responsible for customer-provided spelling errors, incorrect dates, or other personalization details entered at checkout.
Colours may vary slightly between screens and printed products. Product photos are intended as examples of the design and may vary slightly in scale or colour.
Cancellations, returns, and refunds
Because our products are personalized and made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change-of-mind purchases, design preferences, or customer-provided personalization errors.
Cancellation or change requests must be made within 3 hours of placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once production has begun.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the personalization details you submitted, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery. Please see our Refund & Returns Policy for full details.
Pricing and availability
Prices, product descriptions, and availability may change without notice. We reserve the right to correct errors in product descriptions, pricing, or availability and to cancel or refuse orders where necessary.
Shipping
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays can occur because of carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. If a parcel appears delayed or missing, please contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier.
Intellectual property
All content on this website—including product designs, photographs, logos, graphics, text, and branding—is the property of The Label Atelier or used with permission. It may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without our written permission.
